Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 April 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PRAXIS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and PRAXIS.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Educational Use Only

PRAXIS is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the RACGP, ACRRM, AGPT, or Acuity Insights (CASPer). Practice scenarios, sample answers, and AI feedback are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular outcome in the official assessment.

Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or publish PRAXIS content; share your account with others; attempt to reverse engineer the service; or use the platform to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual Property

All scenarios, questions, rubrics, copy, and platform code are owned by PRAXIS or its licensors. You retain ownership of the responses you submit, but grant us a licence to process them for AI evaluation and to improve the service.

AI-Generated Feedback

Responses are evaluated by an AI model and scored against competency rubrics. Feedback is provided as guidance only, may contain errors, and should not be treated as a prediction of your official assessment result.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PRAXIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use PRAXIS ends immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of PRAXIS after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Australia. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
